Terms of service
The deal, in plain language.

The service
PushKit (operated by Holley Design Co) provides tooling to package a web app as a native iOS/Android app, generate store assets and policies, audit and submit store listings, and send push notifications. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use PushKit on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account credentials and for everything done under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 16 to use PushKit.
Your content and credentials
Your apps, code, assets, listings, and policies remain yours. You grant PushKit the limited rights needed to operate the service — e.g. building your native shells, hosting your generated privacy policy at a public URL, and transmitting your metadata to Apple and Google when you tell us to submit. Store and push credentials you provide (App Store Connect keys, Play service accounts, APNs/FCM keys) are used solely to carry out actions you initiate. You are responsible for having the right to use those credentials and for complying with Apple’s and Google’s developer terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t use PushKit to send spam or unlawful push notifications, to ship apps that infringe others’ rights or violate store policies, to probe or disrupt the service, or to misrepresent who you are. Push volume is limited by your plan; we may throttle or suspend sending that looks abusive.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is free. Pro ($29/mo) and Studio ($99/mo) are billed through Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice.
No guarantee of store approval
Apple and Google decide what ships on their stores. PushKit’s audits reduce common rejection causes, but we do not and cannot guarantee that any app will be approved, remain listed, or be reviewed within any timeframe.
Disclaimers and liability
PushKit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holley Design Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid PushKit in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, hosted artifacts for your apps (including hosted privacy-policy URLs) stop being served.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date, and continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: kenya@holleydesignco.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
